  • Avoid the following: sugar, honey, malt, rice, jams, candies, chocolate, chewing gum, pudding, cookies, and ice-cream. Also dangerous are hidden sugars in processed foods: dextrose, lactose, fructose, maltose, sorbitol, mannitol, galactose, sucrose, polysaccharides, and monosaccharides.
  • Anti-Candida diet excludes fruit in almost all forms, fresh, candied in the form of fruit juices, compotes and lemon, grapefruit and lime are allowed in small amounts and sometimes fresh green apple.
  • Dairy drinks, ice cream, milkshakes, cream cheese, whey, buttermilk, etc.
  • Foods that contain starch: white flour, corn flour, refined grains products (grits, corn flour, wheat flakes), salty snacks (pretzels, sticks and chips), beans, peas and potatoes in moderation in the second phase of the anti-candida diet.
  • Acidified vegetables, mayonnaise, ketchup, soy sauce, salad dressing
  • Anti-candida diet strictly prohibits alcoholic beverages
  • Yeast, vitamin supplements, yeast dough, bread and almost all kinds of mushrooms should be avoided.
  • Products: salami, cold meats, pates and sausages that are extremely harmful
