It is formed as a reaction of the immune system that recognizes some parts of the skin affected by the sun as a foreign body. Couple of hours after sun exposure redness and rash with itching appears, and it can lead to more serious problems such as blisters and swelling.

How to prevent allergies to the sun?

Half an hour before each stay in the sun or even short-term one, it is necessary to apply the cream with a high SPF, preferably wear a hat, sunglasses that block UV rays, clothing with long sleeves etc.

What to do? First of all it is important to strengthen the immune system, however, recommend are fresh squeezed juices from fruits and vegetables that contain plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Carrot juice is rich in beta carotene, which relieves severe skin reaction to the sun.

  • 2 carrots and 2 beets wash, clean and cut into cubes
  • then put in a juicer and all blend together
  • Optionally you can add freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1/2 a lemon.

Garlic, ginkgo and juice of black radish against sun allergies

You need:
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • leaves of the ginkgo
  • juice of black radish


3 heads of cooked garlic and finely chop leaves of ginkgo pour in the juice of black radish that has previous been blended in a juicer. Leave in the refrigerator overnight and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.

Protection from the sun and ultraviolet rays (UVR) - remedy

Prepare the emulsion of the following mixture:
  • 1/4 liter of olive oil
  • 1/4 liter of red wine vinegar

Preparation: vinegar and olive oil should be strongly shaken, and applied to the skin by rubbing.
