Chronic fatigue; SYMPTOMS

This condition is accompanied by a whole series of symptoms that appear and disappear spontaneously: fatigue, loss of memory and concentration, sore throat, headache, painful and enlarged lymph nodes under the armpit or on the neck, unexplained muscle pain, and pain that is transferred from one joint to another (without swelling or redness), insomnia and extreme exhaustion that lasts more than 24 hours. Occasionally fatigue symptoms are often accompanied with poor digestion and digestion in the stomach, accompanied by constipation, bloating occurs in the stomach and frequently cases diarrhea. In some cases, there are allergies or sensitivity to some of the foods, spices, medicines or chemicals, dry mouth, dizziness, fainting, chest pain, ear or jaw pain, morning stiffness, nausea, arrhythmia and night sweats. Chronic fatigue symptoms are anxiety, depression, panic attacks, blurred vision, shortness of breath, sensitivity to light, eye pain, sudden weight loss or weight gain.

Constant fatigue and sleepiness - proper nutrition

Nutritionists advise eating foods rich in plant fiber that promote carbohydrate metabolism, helping the body to use less energy. Also, the binding and toxic substances and products of metabolism, contribute to the detoxification of the body and, consequently, eliminating chronic fatigue (recommended daily amount of fiber is 25 to 30 g). The menu should contain some of the following foods: Beetroot, carrot, olives, blueberries, garlic and onions, apples, beans, pineapples, avocados, blackberries, brown rice, nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, bananas, tomatoes, red pepper, cabbage, cauliflower, veal liver, sardines, yogurt. Also of great advantage are hot spices - pepper, curry powder, horseradish and hot peppers that promote natural detoxification of the body. It is preferable to start you day with a breakfast, and during the day you should consume two main meals and two light snacks. Avoid fatty, processed and caned food, refined sugars because of the content of trans-fat, cold meats, fried foods and those fried it in deep oil, salt and sweet snacks, fast food and a larger amounts of coffee, and alcohol should be completely removed from the consumption. Since the feeling of exhaustion may occur due to mild dehydration, every day you should drink at least two liters of fluid, preferably water or lemonade sweetened with honey.
Drowsiness and chronic fatigue; treatment with tea
  • Mix equal parts of lemon balm, sticklewort, licorice and juniper berries, and five tablespoons of the mixture pour with a liter of boiling water and leave it covered for an hour. Strain and drink during the day instead of water.
  • Tea for chronic fatigue; mix equal parts of thyme, mint, rosemary and lemon balm. Pour a tablespoon of finely chopped sage with 6 dl boiling water and cook for three minutes, then add two tablespoons of the prepared mixture and leave it to stand covered for 30 minutes. Drink a cup of tea three times a day half an hour before meals.
  • Mix three tablespoons of vinegar with 200 g of honey and every night take one spoon.
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of finely chopped nettle, blackberries and rosehips, pour with 2 liters of and cold water and leave it covered to stand for six hours. Then boil and allow it to cool. Strain and sweeten with five tablespoons of domestic honey. Drink during the day instead of water.
  • Grind 500 g of wild apples and mix them with 500 g of forest honey and 100 g of crushed hazelnuts and walnuts. Take three times a day teaspoon of the mixture with 2 dl of water.
  • Pour into a glass bottle, three tablespoons of finely chopped mint leaves and rosemary, add a good quality brandy and pour into a glass bottle and close well. Keep in a warm place for 20 days and occasionally shake it. Drink a glass of the gin before breakfast and dinner for 20 days.
