At the beginning of the consumption of tea you may have milder ailments because in the process of detoxification, our body releases harmful toxins. What you can do is to reduce your intake of the drink. When your body adapts, go back to the normal dose.

If side effects are more pronounced you need to further execute the detoxification. Our recommendation is that you make a milder kombucha tea if it is your first time making it, because gluconic acid (which usually created by our liver) goes directly into the bloodstream and protects our bodies.

If the amount of the aforementioned acid is excessive our blood becomes too acidic and disturbs the normal balance. Do not drink more than three cups a day.
