Sleep apnea; symptoms and natural treatment

Sleep apnea and sleeping disorders

Sleep apnea or cessation of breathing in sleep is a disorder that affects a large number of people, and at the same time many are not even aware of it. Sleep apnea during the night in adults is easily recognized by strong and loud snoring, a person in the morning after waking up often feels exhausted, worn out even after 8 hours of sleep.

The reasons for this are the breathing muscles in the back of the throat, which relax at night, and they're sticking to the tip, palate, tongue and tonsils. On that occasion, the airways narrow and then we cannot breathe in enough oxygen, and therefore the brain is not supplied with enough oxygen. That is the reason for twitching during sleep, when the airways reopen. Sleep apnea is not to be taken lightly as it can lead to more serious diseases and ailments. Stay tuned to find out how to deal with this problem using natural methods.

Surgical treatment is rarely carried out, only the most severe cases.
