Alkaline diet and alkaline food

Alkaline diet is different in many ways from other popular diets for weight reduction. It is based on the correct input of acid-based food during the day, which should be in proportion 4: 1 in favour of alkaline. Alkaline food contributes to the overall health and prevents diseases.

Excessive acidity of organism can be really harmful to the overall health of a human body. People who suffer from excessive acidity in their body are constantly tired, with low energy and are often susceptible to cold and infections. Some discomforts include bad digestion, gastritis, bloated stomach, spasms, sore muscles and joints, headache... For all of this, acidic food is responsible! The alkaline diet has the task to establish a proper pH balance of the body and to make the aforementioned problems disappear! Alkaline diet includes a daily intake of 75% raw food and 25% of cooked food. Dr. Ana Griffing, who is a specialist in the field of anti-aging medicine, claims that the white sugar and industrial supplies are the main triggers for most modern diseases such as diabetes, osteoporosis, high blood pressure and others. Intake of acid food can disrupt the pH balance changing their optimal pH values which are around 7.35-7.45. Scientists are going one step further to argue that malignant tumour can develop only in an acidic environment and not in the opposite, and they prove this with the fact that people who have cancer have significantly reduced the pH value, which ranges in scale from 0 to 14, where the most alkaline value is 14 and the most acidic is 0.
