Three day tuna diet

The three day tuna diet is another fast diet, instant in it's use and helps one loose up to 1.5 kilograms
in three days.

This weight loss diet isn't demanding that you renounce yourself of certain nutrition habbits, and on the other side it achieves excellent results.
One thing we need to mention is, that the three day tuna diet unlike some other fast diets is very healthy for our organism.

Three days of discipline and sticking to the diets menu will surely take you to your aimed goals. On an average, about 1.5kg are lost in only 3 days. Tuna is especially rich with omega 3 fats, which protect our heart and our cardiovascular system.

Also, the omega 3 fats have a positive influence on our brain functions, decrease the risk of getting many diseases and the thing that is most important for us, they help us loose weight.
Tuna is rich on vitamins and minerals, especially Vitamin D, as phosphorus, and it contains very little itself. The three day tuna diet has one rule: " eat tuna every day " , we recommend that you spice it up with lemon juice.

First day:

* breakfast: one cup of sugar free tea or sugar free coffee, 1/3 of a grapefruit or grapefruit juice, one slie of toast
* lunch: one slice of toast, 1/2 of a tuna can with lemon juice add on it ( a few drops), mineral water, black tea or coffee (without sugar)
* dinner: 100 grams of lean meat, chicken (grilled) or fish, a cup of green beans, one grated carrot, one apple, sugar free tea or coffee

Second day:

* breakfast: one boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, a banana, black coffee or sugar free tea
* lunch: one cup of tuna with lemon juice ( if you want), 5 salted crackers, a cup of coffee or tea ( sugar free)
* dinner: 2 hot dogs, a cup full of cabbage or broccoli, 1/2 of a cup of grated carrots, 1/2 of cup of vanilla ice cream

Third day: 

* breakfast: sugar free tea or black coffee ( also sugar free), salted crackers (up to 5 pieces), 100 grams of low fat cheese, one medium size apple
* lunch: one cooked egg, a slice of toast, a cup of coffee or tea
* dinner: one cup full of tuna with a few drops of lemon juice, a cup full of carrots, a cup full of cauliflower, one whole apple, 1/2 of cup of ice vanilla ice cream

Stick to the diet plan and don't hold it for any longer than the prescribed time. If you hold on to this nutrition longer than 2 weeks, it can lead to danger for your health.

Thirty minutes of physical activities are necessary, fast walks and light exercises.

Sort your meals well, make even spans between meals and try to serve dinner somewhere past 6 p.m, after dinner don't eat anything, except herbal tea or water if you want.
