Flaxseed is multifunctional for our body because it contains essential omega 3 fatty acids that are an exceptional source of energy, maintain our cellular structure, as well as health in general. FLAXSEEDS OIL FOR WEIGHT LOSS

As it accelerates the metabolism and allows the regular discharge of the intestine, it is a good choice for weight loss. Flaxseed oil, like other oils, contains about 900 kcal per 100 grams by itself will not burn kilograms overnight. The flaxseed is a good choice if eaten in the morning with low-fat yogurt. However, removal of abdomen fat is not possible without regular physical activity and complete dietary diet.

USE OF FLAXEED OIL

FLAXSEED OIL AND DIETARY CHEESE 

This is one of the Budwig protocols we recommend.
  • 2.5 deciliters of flaxseed oil and 450 grams of Swabian cheese pour into the blender
  • Add a little almond, soy or rice milk and 4 tablespoons of honey
  • Mix everything well.

In addition to this combination, you can combine oil and cheese with fresh fruit and vegetables of organic origin, cereals or nuts.

DOSAGE OF FLAXSEED OIL

The recommendation of a nutritionist is to get the highest quality organically grown oil from flaxseed. Use 1 to 3 large spoonful during the day. Do not exceed this amount. If you are taking certain anti-clotting medications, be sure to consult your doctor. The same applies if you are breast-feeding or you are pregnant. It is best to keep the oil in the refrigerator well closed. It is very sensitive to light, high temperature and easily oxidized.
