Who can use gluten free diet?

BUCKWHEAT BREAD RECIPE

You need:
  • 500 grams of buckwheat flour
  • 500 grams of flour without gluten
  • 10 grams of yeast (dry)
  • lukewarm water and salt

Preparation: mix well both flours with salt and yeast. Add lukewarm water and knead until you get the dough. Then put in a bowl and let it stand for 60 minutes. Remove the dough on a board, and mix well. After that put the dough into a round mold and wait another 20 to 30 minutes to rest. After that, wash the surface of the dough with cold water. Put it in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes at 250 ° C. (Pre-warm up the oven). When the bread turns yellow, again wash the area with cold water and then wrap it in a cloth rag and let it cool.

Gluten-free diet: MENU

BREAKFAST GLUTEN-FREE
  • a boiled egg, 20 grams of bread (gluten free=, 200 grams of cheese, 10 grams of butter and 2 dl of tea with milk or cocoa.

SNACK
  • By lunchtime drink another 200 ml of freshly squeezed juice.

GLUTEN FREE LUNCH
  • Fish soup with potatoes and carrots (200 ml), boiled fish (100 grams), boiled potatoes and peas (100 grams), fresh vegetable salad topped with vegetable oil (100 grams), gluten-free bread (20 grams), fruit compote.

SECOND LUNCH 
  • Eat 100 grams of cheese, 50 grams of corn sticks, 100 grams of fruit salad and kefir (20 ml).

DINNER GLUTEN-FREE
  • 100 grams of stewed turkey, cucumber, 20 grams of gluten-free bread, boiled potatoes and peas (150 grams), 2 dl of tea with sugar that does not contain gluten

BEFORE SLEEP
  • Drink 2 dl of yoghurt

NOTE: This is an example of a menu for one day. From other cereals we recommend: millet, buckwheat, corn and brown rice.
