Water retention; HOW TO PREVENT IT?

For bloating of the stomach the following mixture is good:
  • Mix equal parts of the elder plant, rosehip fruit, and root of selenium, birch and horsetail, and three tablespoons of mixture pour with 7 dl of boiling water and let it sit covered for 60 minutes.
  • Strain and drink in small sips throughout the day instead of water.

Tea mixture to treat stomach bloating
  • Equal parts of horsetail, birch, knotweed, wild rose, root selenium, corn silk and a little basil mix and four tablespoons of mixture pour with 9 dl of boiling water and let it sit covered for 60 minutes.
  • Strain and drink in small sips throughout the day instead of water.

How to prevent leg swelling during pregnancy

Being overweight, poor diet, poor circulation, PMS, and of course pregnancy greatly affects our legs which are heavy and tired. During the summer months, which are characterized by high heat, high temperatures, humidity, swelling of the legs is guaranteed. Swelling of the legs during pregnancy is completely normal.

In order to prevent water retention, especially swelling of the legs the fastest method is to raise the legs from lying position 30 cm in height, slightly above the level of the heart. As a very good solution we recommend:

Tea made from parsley against swelling of legs

Parsley tea is ideal for removal of excess fluid from the body.

Preparation:
  • mix leaves and parsley root and take 5 tablespoons of the mixture
  • Cook for 5 minutes in 1.2 liters of water
  • Remove from the heat and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
  • Strain and drink 3 times a day 1 cup of tea

Additional tips and notes

It is necessary to limit the intake of sodium chloride, and instead use the kitchen potassium iodized salt and celery, and avoid canned foods and meat products. It is necessary to regulate body weight, and if the person suffers from kidney disease, reduce the intake of protein to a maximum of 40 g per day and consume more foods that contain vitamin B6 (whole meal bread, veal liver, soybean sprouts, beans and peppers).
