FAST AND HEALTH DIET WITH WHOLE GRAINS  

A healthy diet for weight loss lasts for seven days and is based on a daily intake of whole grains. Recent studies that have been published in a popular magazine for nutrition (Journal of Nutrition) from the USA, confirms what many of you know from earlier: namely that a daily intake of healthy whole grains contributes to the reduction of your weight around the stomach, but also significantly improves our overall health. Studies like this were made much earlier, and almost every primary goal was to establish links between dietary fiber (from a large number of foods) and body mass index in adults. In the text bellow learn how to hold a healthy diet for rapid weight loss, we have prepared a menu for seven days.

HEALTHY DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS - MENU

The basic postulate that we must adhere to, and is recommended by a healthy diet in this seven-day menu is that every day we consume whole grains. Let’s start.

1st day; WHEAT

The grain of wheat is full of nutrients, particularly with vitamins E, B3, B2 and B1 in it there is also a mine of minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, copper, rich in zinc, iron, magnesium, and contains a number of fiber and folic acid which are irreplaceable. Since we already know that high-fiber foods give a fine balance and maintain our body weight, keep our blood pressure and high blood sugar levels under control, as well as the levels of LDL (undesirable) cholesterol. Precisely wheat whole grain is recommended as a healthy diet, here is how it should look like during the first day.

Take 180 grams of wheat whole grain and add seven deciliters of boiling water and cook at medium heat for twenty minutes.
  • Breakfast: porridge, a substitute for white sugar and a cup of milk
  • Lunch: Vegetable soup (1 cup), young onion (1 ply), porridge.
  • Dinner: porridge, 1.25 dl of yoghurt, healthy substitute for sugar, a little cinnamon.

2nd day; millet (healthy diet)

Millet is a cereal extremely rich in lysine, as well as protein and vitamins of B group, does not contain gluten, and is recommended for people who are intolerant to the protein. Millet works exceptionally good as a natural diuretic, helps in case of constipation and frequent indigestion and diarrhea (then it is required to fry millet before you cook it), severe vomiting (prepare soup of millet) and with diabetes. Prepare daily bowl of millet porridge: Take 180 grams of peeled millet, add a 7.5 deciliter of boiling water and boil for half an hour over medium heat.
  • Breakfast: porridge of millet, healthy substitute for sugar, one deciliter of warm milk.
  • Lunch: vegetable soup, cup of millet.
  • Dinner: millet, natural sugar, grated apple, juice of one squeezed lemon.

3rd day; Oats

Oats are rich in vitamin E, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium and magnesium and. Oatmeal is a good source of protein, reducing the level of fat in the blood, and has an anti-carcinogenic effect. It helps in case of constipation and prolonged constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and with hemorrhoids.

Prepare daily bowl as follows: take 180 grams of organically grown oats, add 7.5 deciliters of boiling water and cook gently for about ten minutes on medium heat.
  • Breakfast: oatmeal, natural sugar, a cup of warm milk.
  • Lunch: vegetable soup, integral grains, parsley and garlic.
  • Dinner: porridge, natural sugar, 90 grams of cottage cheese, one tablespoon of cocoa.

4th day; rice (healthy diet)

Rice is rich in valuable vitamins of the B-group, reduces the risk of colon cancer, lowers fat and helps in case of diseases that occur due to lack of dietary fiber (diabetes, hemorrhoids, chronic constipation and varicose veins).

Prepare a daily bowl of rice: pour 150 grams of brown rice in a boiling water and cook on medium heat for 35 minutes. Peel 450 grams of domestic apples and chop them into small pieces, add a little water and steam it together for ten minutes Mix integral rice, apples, juice of one lemon, cinnamon and replacement for sugar. Divide into same three portions and eat one serving for each meal of the day.
5th day; barley

Grains of barley are rich in important protein, potassium and calcium. This cereal strengthens our pancreas and intestines and regulates and improves the functioning of the stomach. It also strengthens the blood, and is useful for gall bladder and nerves.

Prepare daily ration of barley porridge: Take 180 grams of peeled barley, add 7.5 dl of boiling water and cook for at least ten minutes at medium heat.
  • Breakfast: barley porridge, a natural sugar substitute and deciliter of warm milk.
  • Lunch: Vegetable soup (full cup), barley porridge, young onions and peppers.
  • Dinner: barley porridge, natural sugar, half a cup of orange juice, two tablespoons of low fat yogurt.

6th Day is designed for buckwheat

Buckwheat is a grain that is rich in potassium, phosphorus and calcium, as well as almost all vitamins of the B-group with large amounts of niacin. Porridge buckwheat strengthens the body, and is strongly recommended after hospitalization.

Daily servings of buckwheat porridge: Take 180 grams of hulled buckwheat, add 7.5 dl of boiling water and cook for ten minutes at medium heat.
  • Breakfast: healthy buckwheat mash, natural substitute for white sugar and a little warm milk.
  • Lunch: vegetable soup, buckwheat porridge with mild spices.
  • Dinner: porridge of buckwheat, a natural substitute for sugar, a glass of low fat yogurt.

7th day is combination of grains

Healthy diet for 7 days is recommended to be combined with whole grains. Here is how it looks like:

Prepare a daily bowl of integral grains: Take 60 grams of wheat, 60 grams of hulled buckwheat and 60 grams of high-quality oats. Add them to 7,5 dl of boiling water and cook together for twenty minutes on medium heat.
  • Breakfast: integral porridge, natural sweetener and half a cup of warm milk.
  • Lunch: A light soup with vegetables (1 cup), integral porridge, garlic and three tablespoons of tomato sauce (warm all together).
  • Dinner: integrated porridge, a natural sweetener, lemon juice, cinnamon and one grated apple.

Healthy Diet; EXPERIENCES

Whole grains when regularly consumed will rebuild your digestive tract and will further encourage a much better digestion, and will provide the necessary minerals, precious plant fiber and vitamins. If you do not like some of whole grains, or you have a problem in obtaining one choose the ones that are good for you and use them interchangeably. In between meals, it is best to drink a mild natural mineral water - preferably completely non-carbonated, fresh juices (naturally squeezed) and the inevitable green tea. When you finish the diet, making sure that you eat much less meat in the coming period that follows. If you continue to eat integral grains even after the seven-day healthy diet finishes, combine them with dried raisins or dried apricots, as this will further contribute to weight loss and experiences are that within the next six weeks you can remove up to 9 kg.
