9 kg diet during 14 days

The very title of 9 kg diet during 14 days mentions some big numbers, which in practice can be identical or somewhat smaller in value. It largely depends on each individual, the metabolism, physical activity but also of discipline when implementing the diet. What remains the same and never changes is that this diet is applied for exactly 2 weeks. It is very popular popular due to the fact that even if you manage to lose 4-5 kg ​​that is a great result and is well accepted by those participants who are rarely dieting. In practice, it proved to be excellent because it leads to changes in metabolism and the kilograms do not come back, if we stop this diet.

NOTE: 9 kg diet can be carried out only with prior consultation with the doctor, in fact you have to be completely healthy to do you. This rule is not the exception, but applies to all diets on which we write on the blog.
9 kg diet; diet plan:

Monday:
  • Breakfast: unsweetened black coffee and small cakes
  • Lunch: boiled eggs (2 pcs.), spinach (spinach) cooked in water with a little salt, no quantitative restrictions
  • Dinner: steak or hefty steak baked with 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil, salad (preferably green)

Tuesday:
  • Breakfast: repeat as in previous day day (black coffee without sugar with cakes)
  • Lunch: steak (or a larger piece), green salad and fruit of choice for dessert
  • Dinner: boiled ham, also without quantitative restrictions

Wednesday
  • Breakfast: repeat as the previous days
  • Lunch: boiled eggs 2 pieces, one tomato and lettuce
  • Dinner: ham and lettuce, with no restrictions on the amount of

Thursday:
  • Breakfast: unsweetened black coffee and small cakes
  • Lunch: 100 grams of cottage cheese, boiled egg, cooked carrots or turnip
  • Dinner: yogurt and fruit

Friday:
  • Breakfast: fresh grated carrot or turnip with lemon juice and unavoidable black coffee without sugar
  • Lunch: boiled fish and tomato salad
  • Dinner: steak (large piece) and lettuce

Saturday:
  • Breakfast: pastry and coffee
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken
  • Dinner: two boiled eggs, fresh carrot or turnip

Sunday
  • Breakfast: instead of coffee, drink tea with lemon also without sugar
  • Lunch: steak baked with 1-2 tablespoons of oil, any salad (of your choice)
  • Dinner: seasonal fruit

Our 9 kg diet lasts 14 days which means that you apply the menu for the next seven days as well.


9 kg diet experiences 
  • Take at least 2 liters of fluid per day, water, unsweetened lemonade or tea without sugar.
  • alcohol is not allowed, avoid fizzy drinks
  • When vegetables and fruit or salads are on the menu there are no quantitative restrictions, salad, and season with lemon, vinegar and salt to taste.
  • Repeatedly mentioned steak can be made of white meat, beef or calf meat. Season it with a little pepper and salt and pay attention that it not weighs more than 250 grams.
  • if you must sweeten it, do not use sugar but a sweetener, our proposal is to do it as little as possible
  • 9 kg diet is easier to bear if you add minerals and vitamins in the form of tablets during the time you are doing the diet.
  • We do not agree with the fact that large amounts of coffee without sugar are drunk, which can be difficult for the stomach in the morning.
  • 9 kg diet upon completion can be repeated.
