5 DAY DETOX DIET

BREAKFAST
  1. Millet is cooked in soy or rice milk, with the addition of seven ground almonds, honey and a spoon of ground pumpkin seeds, flax or sesame seeds.

  4. Musli balls (blend oatmeal, dried fruit, cocoa and nuts, combine with orange juice orange, form small balls and roll in coconut)
  5. Cream cheese mixed with fresh herbs (parsley, chives, garlic ...), olive oil and minced seeds, spread on unleavened whole meal bread, and fresh salad of your choice.
