Uterine fibroids

Uterine fibroids usually occur in women in reproductive age. What are fibroids? These are benign tumours that are much less common in the vagina and ovaries. Their other name is fibroids.

Uterine fibroids; SYMPTOMS

Symptoms of fibroids occurs in 30% of affected patients, it is most commonly manifested as:
  • pressure and pelvic pain
  • urination
  • frequent urination
  • prolonged menstruation - over 7 days
  • menstrual bleeding is significantly higher
  • pain in the legs and back
  • constipation
  • pain during sexual intercourse

It is not yet determined why there are uterine fibroids, but what we can safely confirm that their growth is accelerated by the hormone estrogen, and that the fibroids usually occurs in barren in the age after 35 years and in a menopause. Also in practice, the fibroids, are much more often present in obese women.

COMPLICATIONS THAT MAY CAUSE UTERINE FIBROIDS 

Pressing the fallopian tubes and ovaries, uterus deforms, and fibroids can cause infertility. Malign tumour with fibroids is very rare in practice, and occurs in a very small number of isolated cases of 0.1 -0.5%. Uterus fibroids can cause the occurrence of anaemia due heavy menstrual bleeding.

Fibroids in pregnancy

Uterine fibroids are often diagnosed during pregnancy and its frequency is from 0.1 to 3.9% as stated by individual authors. In future young mothers recorded is an increase just in the first half of pregnancy. The reason is a sharp rise in hormone levels as well as enhanced blood flow to the area to uterus. Fibroids in the uterus can be magnified during pregnancy (although many authors disagree with this), their growth is mostly recorded in women who have had an increased body mass index just before pregnancy. They are discovered and easily diagnosed by a gynaecological examination and ultrasound!
Uterine fibroids; TREATMENT

In addition to gynaecological examination and ultrasound, fibroids reveals very successful and magnetic resonance. Their treatment largely depends on the size as well as the symptoms that are experiencing. In case of smaller fibroids therapy should be used with medications, while for larger symptomatic there is surgical removal of fibroids.

DIET WITH FIBROIDS

In the case of fibroids, recommended are green and leafy vegetables, millet, oatmeal, buckwheat and integral rice. Also foods such as potatoes, beans, lentils, carrots, mango and papaya stimulate the production of progesterone, which properly balances the ovaries and decreases the levels of estrogen in your body.

Uterine fibroids; NATURAL TREATMENT

In alternative and traditional medicine used are teas for fibroids, but first things first:

Tea mixture No. 1:
  • Take two tablespoons of finely chopped flowers of marshmallow, sage, one tablespoon of blackberry leaf, nettle, chamomile flowers, and leaf St. John's wort, yarrow and willow bark, and pour 1.8 litres of boiling water.
  • Cover and let it stand for 90 minutes.
  • Strain, chill and sweeten to taste with honey,
  • This tea for fibroids drink before breakfast, lunch and dinner and a rest.

The healing potion combine with roasted sour apples and honey that you need to eat in the morning and evening. The therapy lasts for 10 days while a break of 10 days also.

Tea mixture number 2:

Here's another recipe for uterine fibroids
  • Mash two tablespoons of nettle leaf, yarrow, blackberries and one tablespoon of chopped flowers and leaf of milfoil, elder, sage and wild mint.
  • Transfer all together in 1.8 litres of boiling water.
  • Procedure is as in the first recipe.

BATHS WITH MILFOIL; RECIPE
  • 100 grams of a mixture of whole plants leave overnight to stand in cold water. In the morning warm until it boils and then add water for bath. Apply every day.

MARIGOLD JUICE
  • Flowers, stems and leaves, wash well and squeeze while they are still wet in the juicer. This cure for fibroids drink three to four times a week.

MARIGOLD TINCTURE 
  • Put a handful of marigold flowers in one litre of high-quality domestic brandy. Keep the bottle in the sun for the next two weeks, at a temperature of about 20 degrees. Tincture can be used as a coating or as drops, when you need to drink in the morning about fifteen drops.

HEALING HERBS FOR FIBROIDS - Cat's claw

In addition to these recipes and folk medicines, doctors and researchers from Europe recommend the plant Uncaria tomentosa or cat's claw. This plant has been applied in the most famous European and American gynaecological clinics. It has a proven protection against cancers and reduces the fibroids in uterus. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not to take this herb without consulting with a specialist, it is not recommended for children, nursing mothers and pregnant women. The dairy products may not be combined in no way!!! Among other recipes are recommended: bark cherry, aloe, peony root, hemp seed and other.
