Recommended diet that strengthens the immune system is fresh fruits and vegetables, millet, brown rice, oats, ground flax seeds, sesame and pumpkin seeds, almonds, honey, dried fruits, teas, freshly squeezed juices.

Carrot juice; RECIPE
