IS RADISH SALAD HEALTHY?

Radish salad topped with sour cream

  • Half a kilo of radish,
  • 200 grams of cucumbers finely sliced into rings
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • 400 millilitres of cream,
  • Two tablespoons of chopped dill,
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Wash radishes and cut them into thin slices. Slices of cucumber drizzle with lemon juice and then add to your radishes. Mix with sour cream, salt and pepper and garnish with dill and mix everything well. Radish salad with sour cream can be served with slices of whole grain bread. Phenomenal vitamin radish salad

For the second recipe prepare the following:
  • Two radishes,
  • 200 g of young spinach,
  • One large carrot,
  • Half a head of lettuce,
  • Onions - one central head,
  • Eight cherry tomatoes,
  • Parmesan cheese,
  • Three large tablespoons of olive oil,
  • Two tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce you need:
  • Six ounces of sour cream,
  • One tablespoon of olive oil,
  • One tablespoon of lemon juice,
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • One sprig of parsley.

How to prepare this salad?

Wash the vegetables over a strong jet of water, finely chop them. Tear pieces of lettuce leaves and place in a separate bowl for a salad. Add the leaves of young spinach and other vegetables. A little salt, then pepper, add two tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, and stir well. Now mix sour cream with lemon juice and olive oil, a little salt and pepper, add finely chopped parsley, pour your salad and sprinkle with the grated parmesan. Enjoy!

Spring salad with radish and eggs

Ingredients:
  • 2 radishes,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 5 small tomatoes,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 250 g of yogurt,
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar,
  • 2 cups of fresh basil,
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of curry powder,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: 

Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices, and in the meantime cook the egg for about ten minutes, until hard. Then peel off and leave to cool. Finely chop tomato and onion and mix with radish. Mix yogurt, vinegar, salt, pepper and curry whisk and pour over salad. Slice eggs and align over the salad and garnish with fresh basil and the salad is ready for serving. Radish cream soup 

Ingredients needed:
  • 1 radish,
  • 100 g of brown rice,
  • 800 ml of water,
  • 200 ml of milk,
  • 30 g of whole-wheat flour,
  • 50 g of butter,
  • Salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

Preparing the recipe: Wash the radish, chop the leaves and grate the root. Cook for half an hour, and mash them. Fry flour with butter, add the mashed radish and rice. Cover with water and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Add milk and radish leaves and cook until the rice becomes edible. Cream soup, serve in deeper bowls, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and radishes.
