How to prepare the famous baskets:
Cream the butter into the flour, then add the egg, milk, sugar and grated lemon peel and knead the dough. Twist it in foil and leave in the fridge to cool. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. 
Finely chop the dried fruits and mix with diced apple, apricot jam, orange juice and brown sugar. Then all together cook it on low heat until it thickens. Remove the top and cool. Mould the chilled dough thinly and make the circles. Put them in moulds for muffins, and in each place the spoon of a little filling. 
Of the remaining dough to make shapes (stars, Christmas trees, and bells) and place one on top of each baskets. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Garnish with powdered sugar.  
Fabulous cupcakes with honey and raisins

Ingredients: 150 g of honey, 100 g of sugar, 100 g of butter, 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 80g of chopped walnuts, 50 g of raisins, 100 g of corn flakes (cornflakes), paper basket.

The method of preparing:
In a pan pour sesame seeds, and heat on medium heat, stirring constantly until they fry, then remove from the stove. In a saucepan melt the appropriate honey, sugar and margarine. Add the fried sesame seeds, chopped nuts, raisins and corn flakes and combine everything. Put oil in the paper basket and in each place a teaspoon or two of the mixture and shape the mixture into the compartment. Leave it overnight.

Make rice pudding with raisins

Ingredients: 50 grams of raisins, 50 g of candied fruit, rind 1/2 a lemon, 250 g of rice, 1 litre of water, 7 dl of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, 5 tablespoons of sugar, egg yolks, cinnamon.

The method of preparing rice pudding with raisins:
Pour raisins and candied fruits with hot water and let it sit to soften. Pour water, add a lemon zest and cook until tender. Add the sugar, and gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stir to prevent burning. 
Near the end of cooking add the cinnamon, drained raisins and candied fruit, scrambled egg yolk and butter, and cook a few more minutes. Remove from stove and serve.

Beads with bananas and raisins

Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 400 g of lean ground biscuits, 125 g of butter, 100 grams of powdered sugar, 100 g of raisins, 2 tablespoons of rum, 100 grams of crushed hazelnuts, appropriate paper basket

How to prepare banana beads:
Peel the bananas first and grind lightly in a blender. Whisk the softened margarine with powdered sugar. Merge the resulting pulp of banana with 300 grams of minced biscuits. Then add the whipped butter with sugar, raisins, rum and ground nuts. Mixed by hand to obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture. 
Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes to get a little squeeze, and with a teaspoon remove and with wet hands form small balls. Roll the balls in the remaining ground biscuits and put them in the paper basket.

Apples stuffed with wheat

The ingredients you need: 4 sour apples (medium size), 150 g of wheat, 150 g of ground walnuts, 30 g of raisins, a pinch of cinnamon, 60 grams of crystal sugar, 60 g of powdered sugar, 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of rum, 50 g of chocolate

Preparation:
Cook the wheat in a pressure cooker, and then drain it. You need to peal the apples, then cut them at the top with the zigzag light blade movements. Hollow out the middle, but do it carefully so that they do not fall apart. Pour water in a larger saucepan, add crystal sugar, rum and lemon juice, and cook until sherbet boils. Lower the apples and cook briefly to soften them. Then take them out and drain. 
Grind the boiled wheat flour. Mix with minced nuts, powdered sugar, raisins, a pinch of cinnamon and mix well. Fill the apples with prepared mixture. Melt chocolate and decorate plates for serving and place stuffed apples.
