Wine is good for the heart, an 800 years old recipe

WINE FOR THE HEART - RECIPE of a nun Hildegard (year 1098- 1179)

Wine for the heart is a recipe that is more than 800 years old and was found in ancient writings of a nun and mystic Hildegard von Bingen. This mystic lived until 81 years old and is considered to be the most versatile and most educated woman of that age. The impact she had on the world is proved by the fact that to this day her face can be seen in many modern offices, particularly on the shelves of stores which deal with bio products. If you were wondering why this is so, we would like to give you a brief explanation. Supporters of an alternative medicine really respect and appreciate the work of the aforementioned mystic because her recipes were copied and transmitted for centuries from one generation to another. Even though she lived in the Middle Ages, she dealt with natural sciences, theology, music and medicine and we will talk about that more in this article.

WINE FOR THE HEART IS THE “GIFT FROM GOD”

Dr.Hertzka believes that this is the best medicine he has ever recommended in his medical career and that it greatly helps with all forms of cardiac weakness. Wine for the heart is intended for heart patients who have problems with flashing, stabbing, systolic heart, and is even effective with arrhythmias and has achieved results with nasty angina pectoris.

You need:

-The stems of parsley - 10 pieces
-Homemade wine - 1 litre - red or white (the most important thing is that it is 100% natural)
-Wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
-Domestic natural honey 300 grams
HOW TO MAKE A NATURAL MEDICINE FOR HEART

Put a dozen completely fresh parsley stalks with leaves but no roots in a litre of a pure natural wine (red or white – domestic only) and add one or two large tablespoons of wine vinegar. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Later add the honey (natural bee honey) and slowly cook the next 4 minutes. While still hot filter it and pour it into glass bottles (previously disinfected with concentrated alcohol). Close the bottle tight. At the bottom of the bottle there will be a residue, which can also be drunk, because it is also very healthy. Even though mulled wine is a generally accepted cure for a healthy heart, the alternative medicine users criticise the cooking of honey. If you cook honey it loses its healing properties, it is up to us weather we should cook the honey or not. On the other hand in the original recipe the honey is cooked, and Dr. Hertzka in his book says that we should not hesitate nor be afraid of that, and is best to abide the order that was given to us by nun Hildegard.

MULLED WINE AS A HEART MEDICINE – DOSAGE AND USAGE

It is recommended to take one to two tablespoons of this natural remedy daily, until the symptoms are alleviated or cured completely. With severe heart diseases wine for the heart can be taken over the span of many months. Maximum dose is 3 tablespoons per day and that is only with the most severe patients.

WHAT ARE THE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS REMEDY?

The popular remedy for the heart is revived with a little help of the internet, especially social networks. Today there is almost no serious page about health and alternative medicine who do not mention this remedy. Even in medieval writings we encounter unusual testimonies of health benefits with the help of this recipe. Dr Hertzka in his book also mentions a large number of positive experiences especially in patients who underwent surgical operation where the pain vanished after a few months after they started to drink mulled wine for the heart.
