BRAZILIAN DIET

The Brazilian Diet is very popular weight loss program. There are two types of this diet. The super fast seven days diet and the normal one – 4 weeks.

EFFECTIVE BRAZILIAN DIET

This diet is a method to lose weight really fast in a short period of time. You can lose up to 22 pounds in 2 weeks. But this type of this diet can also be downright harmful for a lot of people (poor nutrition) so we won't write about it.

BRAZILIAN DIET - NORMAL

One of the ideas on which the diet is based, is increased consumption of fruit and vegetables together with regular physical activity. Stick to our diet and this weight loss plan for four weeks and you will see the results.

BRAZILIAN DIET - MENU

Day 1 
Breakfast 1: banana, orange, glass of fresh squeezed orange juice
Breakfast 2: glass of orange juice, 1 piece of toast
Lunch: boiled fish (100grams), raw vegetables, salad (100g)
Dinner: repeat lunch, fish+vegetables
Before sleep: 1 piece of toast, glass of orange juice
Day 2 BRAZILIAN DIET
Breakfast 1: 1 soft-boiled egg, glass of fresh apple juice
Breakfast 2: 1 glass of apple juice, 1 piece of toast
Lunch: cooked meat (100grams), 2 boiled potatoes, lettuce
Dinner: boiled fish (200grams) with vegetables, salad, soft-boiled egg, canned peas
Before sleep: 1 piece of toast, glass of apple juice

Day 3 BRAZILIAN DIET
Breakfast 1: 1 glass of lowfat milk, 1 piece of toast
Breakfast 2: cottage cheese (100grams)
Lunch: rice (100grams), coleslaw (150grams), lemon juice
Dinner: cooked meat (100 grams), 1 apple, lettuce
Before sleep: 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of apple tea

Day 4 BRAZILIAN DIET
Breakfast 1: ananas (60grams), 1 glass of ananas juice
Breakfast 2: ananas juice-1 glass, 1 piece of toast
Lunch: cooked meat (100grams), cheese, 1 orange
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, grated carrot salad with oil (up to 150grams)
Before sleep: ananas juice, 1 piece of toast

Day 5 BRAZILIAN DIET
Breakfast 1: mango juice, 1 piece of toast
Breakfast 2: 1 orange, 1 apple
Lunch: boiled fish (150grams), 2 cooked carrots
Dinner: vegetable beef soup/ mushroom soup / fish soup with 1 piece of toast
Before sleep: mango juice, 1 piece of toast

Day 6
Breakfast 1: 1 piece of tost, 1 glass of apple juice
Breakfast 2: beet- 150 grams salad
Lunch: vegetable beef soup /mushroom soup / fish soup with 1 piece of toast
Dinner: cooked mushrooms (100grams), vegetable salad (100grams)
Before sleep: apple juice, 1 piece of toast

Day 7
Breakfast 1: grapes, 1 or 2 bananas
Breakfast 2: grape juice, 1 piece of toast
Lunch: cooked meat (100grams), vegetable salad (100grams), scallion, lemon juice
Dinner: fish soup or vegetables with mushrooms, fruit salad(100grams)
Before sleep:grape juice, banana

This is an example of a brazilian diet menu for one week. Repeat the above diet menu for next three weeks to see the final results. The plan can be adjusted to individual preferences.

BRASILIAN DIET REVIEW

Change doesn't happen overnight. Don't expect to become Adriana Lima or Alessandra Ambrosio overnight. Follow this diet as closely as you can and you will see results. You can lose up to 26 pounds in 4 weeks. We recommend eating a lot of fruit and vegetables.

BRASILIAN DIET

The one thing that we don't like in this menu is toast just before sleep. Instead of toast, we recommend whole wheat bread. Don't forget to exercise regulary : take a bike ride or do an easy run in the morning.
