Wednesday:

-Dinner: ham and lettuce

Thursday:
-Breakfast: unsweetened black coffee, 1 piece of pastry
-Lunch: 100 grams of cottage cheese, boiled egg, buttery cooked carrots or turnip
-Dinner: yogurt with fruit

Friday:
-Breakfast: grated carrot salad with lemon juice, unsweetened black coffee
-Lunch: cooked fish with tomato salad
-Dinner: grilled steak, lettuce

Saturday:
-Breakfast: coffee and pastry
-Lunch: grilled chicken breasts
-Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, carrot or turnip

Sunday:
-Breakfast: unsweetened tea with lemon
-Lunch: grilled steak with 1-2 tablespoons of oil, lettuce
-Dinner: sesonal fruit

Repeat this menu for one more week to see final results.

-Drink at least 2 litres of water daily, or a lemon juice with unsweetened tea.
-It is not recommended to drink alcohol or soda.
-Eat a lot of fruits or vegetables. If you want to prepare salad, make sure that you use lemon juice or vinegar. Eat meat in smaller portions (250grams).
-This 20 pounds diet recommends using effervescent tablets with minerals and vitamins.
