The 8 hour diet sparked more interest tha any other. According to the American diet book ''The 8 Hour Diet'', written by the author David Zinczenko and Peter Moore, it is possible to loose 4-5 kg in a week only.

THE 8 HOUR DIET - CONCEPT 

This diet adapts individual needs. It is up to you when and how long are you going to use it. For example, if you have breakfast in 8 AM, you can eat everything you want until  4 PM. The same rule can be applied every day from 9AM to 5 PM, or from 10 AM to 6 PM. This diet is based on concept that by consuming food during a set 8-hour time period you can loose weight and boost your metabolism.

Researches divided study participants into two groups and had each group eat the same number of calories. The only difference: One group ate all their calories in three meals spread throughout the day, while the other practiced intermittent fasting, eating the same number of calories but in a restricted time frame of 8 hours. Among the results: Participants who ate in a smaller window of time had reductions in fat mass. Dr. Satchidananada Panda from Salk Institute for Biological Studies, California says that a lot of people make mistake and eat throughout the whole day. Also Dr. Panda has a theory that the advent of artificial light has also led to an artificial extension of our feeding times. People should take regular breaks from eating daily and avoid to eat late at night. Using this 8 hour diet you can loose weight and reduce risk factor fot diabetes.

'' Eat whathever you want and loose weight! '' Does this sound impossible to you? A lot of people think this kind of diets can do nothing to help them loose weight... But this menu shows that if you consume food during this time period only good things can happen.

After you wake up drink 1 glass of water, cup of coffee or cup of unsweetened tea
-Breakfast ( 9 AM) : muesli with fruit, glass of milk / eggs, slice of toast and cup of tea
-Snack: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, bonzita
-Lunch: You can eat everything you want for example even fries or pizza ( We recommend healthy meal and one apple )
-Brunch: fruit, 1 piece of cake or ice cream
-Dinner: (5AM) chicken breasts, cooked potatoes with broccoli Dessert: Ice cream

This diet can help you loose weight fast. You can use it for three days, and if you see results you wanted you can continue to 7 days. Very important thing to do is to exercise daily for 8 minutes. (number 8 is everywhere in this diet) Drink a lot of water. Recommended intake is 2 litres daily.
