3 DAY DIET MENU

DAY 1:  3 DAY DIET

BREAKFAST: Black coffee or tea (without sugar), toast ( 1 piece) with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, ½ grapefruit or lemon juice
LUNCH: black coffee or tea (without sugar), ½ cup of tuna, toast ( 1 piece)
DINNER:  1 cup of carrot, 1 apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of green beans, chicken or any lean meat (200 g ; 3 ounces)
DAY 2: 3 DAY DIET

BREAKFAST: 1 boiled egg, toast ( 1 piece), banana, tea without sugar or water
LUNCH: cottage cheese or 1 cup of tuna, saltine crackers,  toast (1 piece), water or tea without sugar
DINNER: 2 beef franks,  ½ cup of carrots, broccoli (1 cup), ½ cup of Vanilla ice cream, tea without sugar or water

DAY 3: 3 DAY DIET

BREAKFAST: 5 saltine crackers, cheddar cheese ( 50-100 g; 1 ounce), 1 apple, black coffee without sugar or tea
LUNCH: tost (1 piece), 1 boiled egg, black coffee or tea without sugar
DINNER: 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of culiflower, 1 cup of melon or 1 apple, ½ cup of Vanilla ice cream
